Summit staff members are trained to value our success not by what we accomplish, but what our customers are able to accomplish utilizing our service.  Our experience with staffing services in the Portland metro area goes back to 1987.  Continued relationships with long-time clients and employees directly reflects the Summit Staffing Solutions' experience and success. 

v Melissa Craig was the very first “temp” at her parent’s staffing company in 1987.  She takes pride in this background as it has enabled her to recognize that, for us, customer service goes two directions—the customer AND the employees!  As the Regional Manager, Melissa participates in all aspects of the organization including sales, placement, safety management and in-house staff training and support.

v Our “Rookie”, Marina Chernishoff started at the end of June, 2008.  She joined our organization with no staffing experience, but it was immediately clear her tenacity, enthusiasm and eagerness to match employees to jobs was PERFECT for the industry!  So far, Marina has done an exemplary job of applying these traits to meeting the needs of her customers.   She is genuine, honest and dedicated to successfully representing both our clients AND employees.

v Safety Manager, Laura Harkins, also provides placement support in our Tigard office.  Laura’s loyalty, eagerness to help and dedication to customer service has helped her grow from her original position as a Receptionist in 2004 into the well-rounded employee she is today.  If you have ANY question, Laura is perhaps our most capable representative at finding answers.

v Vicki Koch is the stable force in the Wilsonville office.  Her greatest strength lies in seeking long-term service such that the needs of our clients are met today...tomorrow...next week...next month and into next year…  The dedication she has to her job is truly personal and she extends that to  her customers when it comes to rapport and participation in their organization. 

v Since 1996, Tina Zech has been the foundation of the Tigard office.  We believe she is the most reliable and dedicated account representative in the entire Portland area.   She has the customer base to prove it, with many of her clients having utilized her support for over 10 years!  Tina’s experience enables her to quickly assess an employee’s presentation and recognize how well they will blend in with the environment at each of her client’s work sites.  She takes “making a match” between her employees and her customers to a whole new level!

v Jan Vrooman is the rock in our accounting dept.  She completes our effort at providing exemplary customer service by being quick to address customer and employee concerns.  Summit is her first foray into the staffing industry and it has been an adventure!  We are fortunate to have her patience, willingness and genuine interest to provide accurate processing,  assistance and flexibility to help ALL of us out on a routine basis.
